The following MS Knowledge Base article explains how to enable task manager
again. Would like to note that this is often a symptom of being infected
with a virus or other malware. By "blocking" access to the task
manager and other system tools handy for removing these things, the "bad
guy" can hang around longer. In other words --besides repairing the task
manger, be sure to check your system thoroughly for viruses and malware.
