Accessing "Documents & Settings" from Hard Drive Backup

Hello,

I have a computer that has a virus on it and after a while showed me at the
startup "Stop C0000218 The registry cannot load Hive(file)" So I put the
Harddrive in another Computer cleaned up the viruses and tried to make a
backup of the drive. When I came to the Doccuments & Settings Folder it said
"access denied". Is there a way to access it for example that I can define
with wich Username and Password I want to open it like a Network Connection?

Any Help would be appreciated.
Thanks
.
