This product is from Ai Squared. Their knowledge base has an article
showing a matrix of what versions are supported in each version of Windows.
For Windows XP, they are showing version 8 and up:

The program should be updated to a newer version for it to work properly in
XP. However there is something that you could try first: running the
program with "compatibility mode." Since you're stuck at the installation
part, create a shortcut to the setup.exe file. Go into properties for the
shortcut and on the Compability page select one of the operating systems
that 7.00 is supposed to work with. Then try running setup.
If the setup completes, you may need to repeat these steps for the
program's shortcut as well.
