Followed all you suggestions; No virus, no spyware, found numerous errors in
Event View but as a novice, I couldn't make heads nor tails of any. My
Windows program is included on a Recovery Disk. Downloaded Upgrade Advisory,
would not run, "You already have the latest Windows Edition". Downloaded all
latest drivers from Toshiba Web Site, problem still present. Message pops up
on several web pages and some of self installed computer programs.
