How to use Recovery Console

Thaks for the first replay,

I want to use R/c because my Win Xp can not boot, so am trying to use R/C to
repair the OS and it is prompting me for a administrator password, while my
system has no administrator password and even if i enter blank password, it
still tells me "invalid password" what's the problem?...... I realy have to
use recovery console, because my pc can not boot or start
