Problems after instaling Skype

. My operating system is windows XP professional and I use Microsoft office.
Just recently I bought new PC which worked OK until I downloaded there Skype.
Approximately after one day of use of Skype my PC faced some error which
caused it to continues shutdown and restarting. PC was checked by hardware
and software people which suggested I remove Skype . After doing so PC
returned to normal operation. To ensure this problem is related to Skype I
downloaded skype again and on the next day the problem of turnoff and
restart appeared again. To find out the nature of the error I disabled
automatic restart and activated the skype again . Sure enough my PC stopped
again showing on blue (DOS) screen long text with the following error

Is there any way you could tell me why after downloading "skype" my PC
crashes?
