Re: Delete all Passwords?

The students are making themselves "Administrators", just by logging into
safe mode and creating new "Administrator" accounts with their own passwords,
deleting accounts, etc...a complete mess!!!! Is there any way to stop the
possibility of logging into safe mode and create new accounts?
