Removed all of Norton, checked around for other techie advice as well, but
haven't found anyone with this problem yet. Clean Install is a LAST
RESORT!!! Too many other programs collected over time to also reinstall.
Personal files are backed up to CD. I did notice that my computer doesn't
have a c:/windows/installer folder, but my husband's does. His is the one
with the problem. My computer is set to show hidden folders. Any other
suggestions?
