I don't think there's a way of accomplishing it without removing whatever
restrictions they've placed on the account. Since you have a disability I
think you should have the System Administrator, whoever it is that placed
such restrictions on your account remove them. Beyond that, you might try
the windowsxp.configuration_manage, windowsxp.security_admin and
windowsxp.customize newsgroups for help with this issue.

While there are temp files created, I have no idea which ones would apply
and it's highly unlikely it would be of any use as the system would
recognize it as a temp file or a file with incorrect permissions attached to
it so even if you changed the name, system security would override.
