They have placed some restrictions, however I can open control panel display
settings change what I need there, according to users in Control panel I am
listed as Administrator, however cannot run regedit, or the like, but as I
said If i can make the change for my session I should be able to backup to
the network storage they provide or my thumbdrive and restore it for my
current session, meaning only clicking a few places, instead of about a dozen
or more as I have to now to select each option in Accessibility wizard, it
gives an option to save for the current user, and I understand it won't keep
but wherever it saves to should be someplace I can backup and restore/re-run
quickly as necessary. I have WRITTEN permission + if they refused to provide
me this I could sue, because I have a documented disability, and by federal
law they must provide the assistance PERIOD. They just make it more
difficult, and I am trying to find a way to speed up/simplify restoring the
settings. I understand what they are protecting, but to say it as if you cant
change anything then you would not have temp files or anything else created,
but you do, The system does do what I NEED, I just am looking for a faster
way to restore it back to this way larger fonts/ color scheme etc without
jumping through hoops.
seems to me this restoration should be as easy as 2000 pro was, even those
went back to the default on reboot just as these do now. And I had to re-run
the file every time, but that was much faster than clicking through all those
steps in access wizard not to mention it's slow sometimes takes several
minutes for it to load... thats another issue.
