Component 'mswinsck.ocx' not correctly registered.

When I fire up my computer a box called Client runtime server appears,
(Component 'mswinxck.ocx' or one of its dependencies in not correctly
registered: a file is missing or invalid.)
If anyone can help with this it would be greatly appreciated.
