You might want to move this question to the windowsxp.games newsgroup.
As far as I know, your specified device is not supported in XP. XP may have
some native drivers that will provide some limited function but you probably
won't be able to create profiles and not all functions to which you've been
accustomed in earlier versions of Windows will be available.
