I found the info for doing this with my Roxio software in the program's
Help file. If you open the help file for Hot Burn Pro and search for ISO,
do you get any results?

Found this at the Iomega Support site:
https://iomega-na-en.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/iomega_na_en.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=1768&p_created=1072727270&p_sid=Q8lQBHoh&p_lva=&p_sp=cF9zcmNoPTEmcF9zb3J0X2J5PWRmbHQmcF9ncmlkc29ydD0mcF9yb3dfY250PTMmcF9zZWFyY2hfdHlwZT1zZWFyY2hfZm5sJnBfcHJvZF9sdmwxPTcmcF9wcm9kX2x2bDI9NjgmcF9wYWdlPTEmcF9zZWFyY2hfdGV4dD1JU08*&p_li=

In case something goes wrong with that link, will paraphrase the answer
found on that page:

Open the HotBurn software. Insert a blank CD or DVD disc into your drive.
Click Disc Copy (or CD Copy) button. Under Source:, click Select button and
choose Image. Browse to the ISO file, click to select and click Open.

Under Destination, click Select button and choose the drive with the blank
CD or DVD; click OK and then click Create Disc (or Create CD) button. When
writing is done, click the Complete button.
