What version of XP? Home or Pro? What account did you change and how?
The built in Administrator account should still be available. If using Pro,
try pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del twice to bring up the classic style logon screens
and then log on to the account named "Administrator." If using XP Home,
boot to Safe Mode.
In both cases "Administrator" is the default name for the builtin account.
And if you've never assigned a password to it, leave the password field
blank.
