Hi,
You can try either of the following:
1) Download the viewer and view the document from the link below:
=======================================================
Corel WordPerfect (.wps) Viewer (575 KB)
http://itdl.austincc.edu/blackboard/downloads.htm
2) Download the converter from the address below:
===========================================
Works 2000 Converter for Word 97/2000 Users
The Works 2000 converter allows you to open a Works 2000 .wps file in Word
and to save a Word document as a Works 2000 .wps file.

3) How do I convert my file from Corel Word Perfect to Microsoft Word?
===========================================================
a) First, open Microsoft Word so that the application is running.
b) From the MS Word File menu select Open.
c) When you select Open from the File menu, the Open window will appear.
d) Using the "Look in:" drop-down menu, navigate to the folder that
contains your Word Perfect file.
e) Ensure that All Files is selected in the "Files of type:" drop-down
menu.
f) Double-click on the Word Perfect file that you wish to convert.
g) Microsoft Word will do the conversion from Word Perfect for you.
h) After your file is converted, you may find it necessary to redo the
files formatting (fonts, paragraph styles, etc.) If your files are not
converting correctly. . .
i) Try opening both applications Word and Word Perfect.
j) Open your Word Perfect file in Word Perfect.
k) Select the entire file in Word Perfect.
l) Copy the contents of the file.
m) Switch to Microsoft Word.
n) Paste the contents into MS Word.
Hope this helps ...... :)
