Delores,
Yes there is IF your recipients choose to let it be sent to you. In
Outlook Express, go to Tools/Options/Receipts Tab/check mark the Box
preceding the sentence "Request a read receipt for all sent messages".
Right beneath you will see three options listed for "Returning read
receipts". I keep mine on "Prompt me". Make your own choice.
