The website opens but the page does not display properly.

First thing to check is whether or not you have Java installed. Go to the
following site to check your system: http://www.pocoso.de/pocoso052.html If
it tells you Java is not installed or enabled, go to www.java.com and
install Java, then return to the site to see if it then displays properly.

If you still have problems, you need to test your security software to see
if it is preventing the site from properly displaying on your system. If
you have any ad blocking, cookie blocking or popup blocking software they
can be the issue or if any security has such blocking features they might be
the issue. You can temporarily turn off the software to test. You will need
to clear the IE cache before returning to the site as items in the cache may
be the source of the issue. Open Control Panel, open Internet Options, on
the General tab, click Delete Cookies, Delete Files (accept the option to
delete all offline content) and click Clear History." Also, go to the
Advanced tab,

Also, check to be sure you have no issues with the drivers for your graphics
card. Open Control Panel, open System, go to the hardware tab, click Device
Manager and make sure there are no red or yellow warnings next to your
Display adapter. Even if there are none, you might need to update your
drivers as out of date drivers for you graphics card could be the issue as
well. Check the card manufacturer's website for the latest XP drivers for
your card.
