Blue screen error!

I can't reboot my PC anymore, not even in safe mode. I get
a blue screen error with the
message "Unmountable_boot_volume". may have been infected
and I have the latest antivrius but I still need to boot
to clean it up. Any help is appreciated. I don't want to
reload XP.
