Thank you Mike. This turned out to be a 'duh' experience.
When I went to Roxio I saw I needed to format the disk.
There was nothing that said that on the box and no error
message in My Computer that said "CD not ready to use" so
I thought I had accomplished the task. That "access
denied" message is pretty useless wording though. Why
doesn't it just say "the CD is blank (dummy)".
