First, you should not post your e-mail address in public forums as it may
make you a target for spammers. Second, most users will not respond by
e-mail as doing so will reveal their e-mail address and sometimes spammers
use this device as a means of finding live addresses.
With regard to your question, XP does not have a feature that allows the
users to save a password on login, at least not that I'm aware as that would
defeat the security of the overall system. What you are talking about
appears to be a function of the application you installed and as such,
should be a question you address to the application makers.
