XP home edition wont load, just keeps restarting pc. It
was working until someone tried to load a game. Now it
will not even start in safe mode. Safe mode w/command
prompt displays a list of errors. Shows the splash screen
for windows xp then restarts the pc. I've tried
restarting from the last known good config and that does
the same thing.
