If you have special software installed to connect to your ISP, try
temporarily setting the limited accounts to Administrator, then installing
the ISP software in that user's account, you can install to the same folder
as already installed but this should create the pointers to this user. Many
applications were not designed for a multi-user environment.
Once installed, you should be able to change the users back to limited
accounts and the users should be able to connect. If not, if you are using
a firewall, it may be having problems with the other users and you might
have to test settings in the firewall app to allow multi-user access. You
can test this by temporarily turning off the firewall, if the other users
can then connect, you'll at least know it is the issue.
