sevice pack 4 hard drive limit

hi

i resently intalled a new seagate 160 hard drive. but my win 2000 is only
reading 137Gs. I read that if i had service pack 3 or higher it should be
able to read the full 160Gs. is there something im missing? i got service
pack 4 installed
