Windows 2003 update

Hi I am having an issue with automatic updates where by it updates the
server however on the win terminals it comes up with a box that will not go
away can anybody help? settings are as follows
auto updating using SUS every day at 3am
mode:auto download scheduled for install
no restart for scheduled updates is enabled
