Microsoft Update Site has W32/Sdbot worm !!!!

I have tried this update 2 times and both times I get
warned, on 2 different machines.
I have talked with MS techs 2 times. I was in the process
of updating to SP4 for Windows 2000 and McAfee warned of
the W32/Sdbot.worm.gen.g Virus. It has a total of 4 or 5
infected files in thier download.
As expected my update failed. I talked with MS this
morning and they were going to look into it.
Has anyone had this problem or know anything new about
this problem?
