I've tried the latest update KB822343 several times on a Win 2000 server
that has been patched religiously within hours of each patch. However, each
time it fails and the log file provides 0x8007F0F4 and refers me to the file
uihist.xml. In that file, I see an error line as follows (I've left off the
tag less than and greater than signs to make sure nothing is mis-read by
your newsreader software):

HELP!! We're feeling rather vulnerable!
