Check the Group Policy Object that applies to this server. Settings in Group Policy will override and cause the options to be grayed out.
The settings are under:
Comp-->Admin Temp-->Wind Comp-->Term Serv-->Client/Serv
Thanks.

I have been running terminal server 2003 edition for 8 months now at a client of mine, as of last week, the server stopped automatically mapping remote users printers when they log in, looking at the RDP 5.2 connection settings, under the "client settings" tab, everything in the "disable the following" section is checked and greyed out so i cant uncheck it, the only box on that tab i can check or uncheck is the "use connection settings from user settings" box, but checking and unchecking it doesnt change anything for the remote users getting their printers mapped. I can also change the "limit maximum color depth" option but that is all i can change. Any ideas how i can get my remote users printers mapped again?? i upgraded to sp1 for win 2003 also and its standard edition. thanks in advance Andy
