Temporary License About to Expire

I have Terminal Services running on a Win 2k server in application mode. The
server is up-to-date with all fixes and patches. All clients on the network
are running 2000 Pro. Most machines work just fine. Approximately 4
machines have been issued temporary licenses (I had to reinstall Terminal
Services about 3 months ago for another issue) that are about to expire. I
have tried deleting registry entries under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Microsoft/MSLicenseing/Store. I have also tried
removing the computer from the domain and re-adding it. How can I get these
machines permanent licenses?Help!
