I have a remote user w/ WinXP Pro connecting to our Terminal Server running
W2K. Everytime she connects it is extremely slow and after so long she will
eventually get disconnected. I have many other users connected to this
server at the same time who are not experiencing the same problems. There
are no logs in the server as to why she is getting disconnected (nor the fact
that she did disconnect), nor is they anything in her local computer logs.

When she browses the internet from her local machine it is very fast, so I
don't think it's an internet connection issue. She has rebooted many times
to no avail.

Does anybody have any suggestions as to where I could continue to check for
problems or any possible fixes to this problem?

I appreciate any help!!

Thanks,

Tia
