XP and Remote Desktop Connection issues

I've got 2 XP computers at home. From one I can connect to the Windows 2000
TS at the office without any problem. From the other XP computer, I get
this error message. A colleague of mine has noticed the same behavior with
other XP computers connecting to different Windows 2000 Terminal Servers -
connects immediately with some and doesn't with others. What could be
causing this? What is odd is I tried to connect with the one which gets the
error message first, when it couldn't connect, I tried the other XP computer
and it doesn't have this problem - it connects immediately. The network
settings seem to be the same.

The client could not establish a connection to the remote computer:
The most likely causes for this error are:
1) remote connections might not be enabled at the remote computer
2) the maximum number of connections was exceeded at the remote computer
3) A network error occurred while establishing the connection.
