Hi Patrick,
thanks for your reply,

See my additionaly replies :

> 2. I don't recommend having multiple different people logging on
(simultaneourly) with the same user account, as they also share the same
profile which can cause data loss (if a user saves something on their
desktop).

The situation is that the profile for this user is configured to start an
application on login. So it doesn't deal with specific profilesettings.
Since the application deals with a database, each user is recognized and
treated uniquely by the login of the database application. I've seen that
this works and it didn't gave any noticeable performance drop with respect
to the case that the users log in PER DEVICE. The only question that I have
is how the License Server treats the licences in case that for example 10
different people login by PER USER setting from different devices and they
all use the same user account. Would I need to purchase 10 user CALs or only
one ?

> 3. Citrix MetaFrame has anonymous accounts you can use to run Published
Applications, however Terminal Server does NOT (as far as I know)
As far as I learned from several publications, Terminal Server permits
anonymous accounts with the External Connector installed. However, the price
for this feature is very very high : $8000. After browsing through the
internet, I found some companies selling the External Connector for several
prices, ranging from about $1900 to $15000. I couldn't find any explanation
for this price interval and to my opinion it is far too expensive. I wished
there was a version of External Connector limited to about 10 concurrent
users and selling for a normal price. I hope Citrix Metaframe can solve this
problem.

Oscar
