Re: TS, Outlook 2003 and safe mode

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry



KB 319517 applies to Outlook 2003 as well. Only difference is that
in the work-around, the Office sub key name in the registry is 11
in stead of 10.
