Win2003 Terminal Server App Mode

When we first started to deploy Windows Server 2003 Std. Ed., we mistakenly
enabled TS in application mode to enable Remote Administration...Yeah, I
know, Doh! After 120 days of course it quit and we realized what we had done
and uninstalled it. Its 18 months later and we would like to test Terminial
Server in Application Mode. Do we not get another chance to run in 120 day
mode? We are in a 2003 Native Active Directory. The reason for the
question, is we installed TS per the recommended method and no one could
connect. Suggestions?
