    Hi Vera Noest,
    The event log i attached is locate in TS server event log.
    I had go through your eventID page, it seems i need to upgrade the compaq
    agent 6.30 version.
    Does this upgrade can solve my TS client log in issue?
    Anything done withe the license issue?
    Server detail:
    Currently the windows 2000 server license having 5 windows CAL & 5 TS CAL
    (Device License).

    Please advice!
