Hi Charlie,
In my opinion, the problem is related to Wlnotify.dll. So re-apply Service
Pack 4 for Windows 2000 should be helpful. I hope that it can solve this
problem.
Have a nice day!
Thanks & Regards,
Feng Mao [MSFT], MCSE

| Greetings Feng Mao
|
| The saga continues. So I have several points to make.
|
| 1. The article states that this is fixed is in SP 1. The
| TS sever has service pack 4 installed.
|
| 2. At the console, when a paste operation is attempted,
| the server *beeps*, similar to an error beep. Makes it
| sound like the operation is blocked. It does not matter
| which directory or local/network drive you are on, all
| paste operations are not allowed. The beep happens only
| at the console.
|
| 3. PK Zip cannot open/view Q252700_W2K_SP1_X86_en.exe. It
| returns an error. When the executable is functioned, it
| reports it will not install in the current service pack.
|
| Do you think I should reinstall SP4?
|
| I truly appreciate your patiences as I struggle with this
| problem.
