    OOpps ... I do have a log for you.
    I was looking at the event viewer on the file server, and not the TS ... DOH !

    Anyway ... here's one of the many I have.

    Detection of product '{90110409-6000-11D3-8CFE-0150048383C9}', feature
    'ACCESSFiles', component '{F2D782F8-6B14-4FA4-8FBA-565CDDB9B2A8}' failed.
    The resource 'E:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\MSACCESS.EXE' does
    not exist.

    This IS the correct path .. but it won't fire up for users.
