Thanks for your help.
This box is locked down pretty tight, although no templates were used. I have reviewed my GPO, security policy, services, Terminal Server and OS Server user/group settings, and found nothing that should interfere.
I don't have another system that "works" although I am installing an additional server so i'll run it patched but w/out lockdown and see how that goes.
Do you or anyone recognize the " Specified module could not be found" error?
