Registered File types

Quick Question: I have Win2000/terminal server/citrix and
I went to add a TIF file type to the registered file types
on the machine and the options are grayed out. I can't
create new, delete, change or advanced. I have tried
logging in as administrator locally and network... No
luck. I also went to make sure the permissions were set
correctly on the executable. Searched the web for help.

Any ideas?

Thanks
