"How to upgrade Windows 2000 domain controllers to Windows Server 2003" It's a very long read. It's hard to say if it helps, because I'm going from W2k to a new W2k server. Has nothing to do with W2k3, but I'll make time to read the entire article.

In the mean time, is there anything that is more direct and simple? There's no Migration Utility (like Novell has) or the like?
