    | Hi all.
    |
    | I have a simple web server without Active Directory. I had to re-install
    | IIS and wanted to re-apply SP4. When I attempt it, I get this error.
    |
    | "The file c:\winnt\system32\dllcache\winlogon.exe is open or in use by
    | another application. Close all other applications and click retry." There
    | are no other applications running in Task Manager. Winlogon.exe is
    running
    | as a process, and cannot be terminated.
    |
    | I have shut down WWW,FTP, and SMTP services.
    |
    | Any ideas how to get around this?
    |
    | Thanks,
    | Dave
