How to troubleshoot network neighborhood / browser issues?

Hi,

I replaced our main server with a new server and now people are having
problems with network neighborhood. I have DHCP/DNS/WINS setup on the
server (win2k). We have 3 or 4 workgroups that used to show up in network
neighborhood all the time, but now we don't see any of them and get an
error.

Any ideas on what I should check?

Thanks,

Alan
