Hi Miha,
One possible solution would be Trend Micro gateway. It can also detect and
remove some spyware. It's primary role is to check HTTP and FTP content and
remove viruses. You can also scan SMTP and POP3.
Since spyware is quite new problem there will be some time before we get
really good tools for fighting spyware... It took quite some time to get
good tools to fight viruses...
