A friend gave me a cpu with windows 2000 professional
loaded in it. The problem I am having is when I start the
system this comes up.
> log on to windows
   Microsoft windows 2000 professional
   user name [ administrator]
   password: [ ]
     [ok] [cancel] [options]
I clicked ok but I get this message:
The system could not log you on.

My friend said he did not have to put a username or
password in before.
HELP!!!
