I tried the online help for support and after entering the product code they said it was an oem version and i had to go to the seller, ibm. ibm would not help me without $179 to try.
sp4 i installed more than once, and am convinced the version is not the one in the hotfix and does not work.
know anyone with server 2000 that might email me the proper file if they have it?
