Thats kind of obvious, the one works for you is the one you need.
Consult the hidden boot.ini file in your root and confirm that the boot menu
option that returns the drive / partition / folder you wish to keep is
indeed the winner.

You might want to brush up on ARC conventions.
Partition1 (pri. EIDE channel) Multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINNT
Partition1 (pri. EIDE channel, 2nd part)
Multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(2)\WINNT
Partition2 (pri. EIDE channel, slave drive)
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(1)partition(1)\WINNT
Partition3 (sec. EIDE channel) multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(2)partition(1)\WINNT
etc...

Then modify the boot.ini file to fit your needs and revert its attributes.
