Cannot change or delete or change key

I'm trying to over write or delete the following key:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\htmlfile

If I try to delete it it says I don't have proper permission. If I try to
over write it, same thing. It won't let me change the permissions.

Any suggestions?
