'instsrv.exe' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.


And I am trying it from within the
C:\Program Files\Support Tools
Folder.

... Maybe this is a different "Resource Kit" than the "Resource Kit" I
see people talking about. This one came from the Windows 2000
Professional CD, in support\tools ....

Is there any other way to do this?
