Re: PendingFileRenameOperations to delete a file

Because it's not a recognized internal or external command, it's a Windows API programming element, aka a programming Function. Ask in a programming group for information on how to code with it. What are you trying to do that would have you use it at the Command Prompt? There are other ways to move files in use.
