Manual restore Registry from Reg file

Hi,

after making some changes to windows registery, my system is unable to go to
Safe mode and my system keeps restarting by itself.
The only backup that I have done is to export the registry file to a folder
in C drive.
Is there any way to restore registry file from command prompt from reg file?
I have Windows 95 bootup diskette.
I running on Windows 2000 Professional.

Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks.
