I was recommended to delete 2 registry keys, which i did, only to find that
after i rebooted i had neither keyboard or mouse.

I did take a backup of the keys before i deleted them.

I tried adding a PS2 & a USB keyboard, neither of which worked.

Is there a way of importing registry keys through DOS? Or by any other
means? Failing that i can do a system restore..

Cheers,
Gav
